I have struggled with this for a while now. Meeting maker has a utility (Intellisync) which should work, but my company does not support it. I found a neat utility which takes a text export from MM and imports the meetings to pocket outlook. However, I found it cumbersome to do the export all the time.

I found a neat way around this and wrote some software on my PC to simply the whole process. If anyone is interested in this, let me know and I'll send you my utility/instructions.

Dear Larry,

I would be very interested in seeing your solution. I've just started using a toshiba e750 with Pocket Pc 2003 and am trying to work things out one thing at a time. So far one of the biggest hassles has been trying to sync with meetingmaker.

Could you send me info on your utility and solution when you have time?

Thanks so much,

Warren
