Approx a month ago, I purchased a Spectec SDIO 802.11b/g WLAN card for my Harrier and got it to work quite happily. However, last week when I went to pop it in the SDIO slot to use it, no joy and no little green LED on the back of the SPECTEC card and no Wi-Fi access. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, but still no go.

I normally have a 256MB SD card in the SDIO slot in the Harrier and I now seem to be having a problem backing up to the card (although other data retrieval from it seems okay), so I'm somewhat suspicious of the Harrier itself rather than the SPECTEC card, but I was wondering if there was some kind Harrier user in Wellington, who would be prepared to let me pop the SPECTEC card into their machine and see if it recognises it. This would assist in narrowing down the issue.

Have you done a soft reset since the problem started? How much memory is available? If there's not enough memory available you will notice that drivers can't be loaded and the card won't work.

Also, make sure you clear the Pocket Internet Explorer cache if you are using PIE to browse websites.

Try using the card just after a soft reset and check how much memory is avalable (storage and program memory).

Yes tried the soft reset multiple times. I have approx 34MB storage and 30MB program memory available immediately following a soft reset.
