i have a telecom apatche
i have been looking at diferent third party freeware and shareware applications
i instaled a couple and they instalad ok but when trying to open them they say i need a newer version of the microsoft.NET compact framework than  the one installed on my device

problem is i dont know what this is?
where to find it or how to intall it???

help please
