Hi All,

Am wanting a new Nokia WP8.1 phone and was looking at a 925 based on a $499 sale price at Harvey Norman (Vodafone branded, non-parallel import). This is competitively priced compared to the parallel imported phones (from $425).

I then saw that Noel Leeming was selling the 32GB variant for $999 - as best I can tell, the only difference between the two phones is the extra 16GB of memory but that surely can't be all for a $500 price premium.

I have googled away merrily but have not found anything at all to suggest there is anything else extra you get for that $500 - anyone have any more detail???

Cheers,

Philbert

All Vodafone NZ 925 stock are 32gb variants. Including stock that Harvey Norman carry which is Vodafone NZ stock. Is probably an error. The memory size is on the IMEI sticker on the box so nest to check in store. 16GB variants were never sold in NZ by Nokia NZ.

Well - I ordered one online from Harvey Norman and will be pleased if it comes with 32 GB.......which I assume it must given what BrentR says, Harvey Norman would not be selling a parallel import alongside 'vodafone' phones

Noel Leeming has no 925s at the tore I visited - I'll assume it wasn't cause they had sold out!

Let us know what the outcome is/was.  Be very interested to see if it is 32GB.

I'm a little disillusioned with ALL the stores failing to display many WP's.  Seems Lumia 520/525 and a few with the 625, and that's about it.  Not a display of the entire range etc, unlike say ....Samsung Galaxy variants of Android.

Am loving my Lumia 720, but time is drawing near for an upgrade & was looking at 925, but 16GB is way too little. (Love the 32GB SD card I put in the 720)

May well have to settle for the 930, as I don't like the phablets range

Cheers
