Hi All,

Not sure if this has been covered before but I'm having some problems with my phone that I cant seem to fix. I recently got alerted a few times that the phone is running low on disk space and for whatever reason I have forgotten to clear some space, yesterday I turned my phone off and tried to start it again, and it wouldnt start and I dont know what to do.

Basically, when I turn it on, it shows the I-Mate welcome blue screen and gets stuck on it forever. If I try to do a hard reset that doesnt seem to do anything...

Any idea on what I need to do to fix this?

TIA

Does anyone know how to fix this problem if it is a software error? How can I reset the OS? It looks like at the moment my only option is to send the phone away to get looked :-( unless someone knows something I can do myself. I can't sync the phone with my PC as it doesnt seem to connect and trying the hard reset also doesnt do anything and the phone still remains stuck on the Welcome screen.

I think it's time to send it out for repairs, really...

I felt that is the case but was hoping there is an option to avoid doing so... But it looks like there is no escape, and I'm gonna have to go back to my old Smartphone 2... Oh well. Thanks for the confirmation that this is my only option!
