My wife is having trouble syncing her calendar between her Lumia 1020 and Outlook on her computer via Outlook.com.

When she enters an appointment on her computer in Outlook the appointment will sync onto her phone, but when she enters the appointment onto the same calendar on her phone it doesn't sync onto her computer.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Does she have multiple calendars setup on WP

likely she I creating appointment in different calendar that is not being synched

There is a drop down list of calendars when you create a new entry. WP will default to the last one you used and remember it.

No, she's using the same calendar that she can sync from the computer with.  The colour of the theme confirms what calendar she has entered the appointment into.  Anything entered on the phone will not sync onto the computer.

Do edits on the phone to existing entries that have already synched from cloud to WP not synch either?

Yes, i've already done that.  I changed the theme colour to see which entries changed their colour and was able to confirm which calendar I was dealing with.  Also when you go to edit an entry it shows you which calendar the entry is in.

Also check if it syncs as far as outlook.com in case it's an issue from outlook.com to Outlook.

That's the conclusion I've come to.

Before Ii do that I'll try another calendar to what happens with that.

Yep, done that, nothing on outlook.com. It looks like an issue with the account on the phone.
