Its probably easier to show you the problem... note my storage cards 'Program Files' folder is gone, so all my software that is on the card is also unaccessible...

Google no help.
Soft reset no help.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

All those wierdly named folders appear to be empty...

I remember seeing this back with Windows Mobile 2003. I will ask around to other MVPs and come back later on this.

Also note the stupidly big reported size of those files at the bottom - this is a 2GB Sandisk microSD

I've had this on my USB flash drive a few times.
A format fixes it, but I don't trust it with critical data anymore!
Time for a new oneSmile

I had it on my harrier once, and also on the dev system once. it was a dodgy cheap memory card in the harrier. Try a reputable brand and/or hard formatting as FAT and cleaning the gold contacts.

My touch finally did something weird today, still worked but the "suggested words" was all jumbled graphics. bear in mind I'm running some external software so this could be attibuting to this. a soft reset and it's been right since. :-)

Card is genuine Sandisk (not sure who makes the memory though), and is like, 1 week old.

Hmm, that is really strange. I use Kingston memory only and only the stuff that is made by the Japanese OEM as it's very reliable.. (They also have the Nokia contract) I had the original harrier issue whilst using Transcend.

Where is your card made out of interest and does it have a little black plastic square sticker on it?
