check our Bluetooth Guides, there are instructions on how to connect your Pocket PC to the GPRS network.

Have you paired the devices yet? There are reported problems between some iPAQ models and a couple of Nokia phones - not the same models you have, but worth asking if pairing was completed ok.

Thank you for such a quick reply. I set up my pda bluetooth settings just like in the guide, and it finally holds a bluetooth connection but I can't get to a web page, any suggestions?

You're probably connected to the WAP gateway. Check the guides, at the bottom there's a tip on using an additional Init String for the Internet gateway.

Hello, still not working, cannot figure out which number to tell it to dial because it doesn't work with the *9***? one and I cannot find out where to put the INIT number either?

Please could you give me a hand?

Make sure you're using *99# not *9#!

The Init String is enter in the Advanced Properties of your connection configuration. Tap Settings, change to Connections and then to Advanced. Edit the connection created by your Bluetooth setup and then you'll see a field for Init String.

Hiya

Ok, in advanced settings, there is a field for general, with a space to add an extra dial string modem connection, the next tab is port settings, then tcp/ip then the last tab is servers. I can't see where to put the INIT string? I am being dim!!

Thanks for your help but I am having no luck at all!! I have followed the boue tooth setting up with your mobile phone, Vodaphone tells me that the dial up number is *99# and passwork is web. My 6310i is paired with my poc pc and it will connect and dial up saying creating gprs connection, but then I go into internet explorer and try to surf but pocket pc will say page not found. I have tried searching on loads of different sites, the blutooth connection is still there though.
