I am trying to figure out how to connect a Pocket PC 2003 to a Windows 2003 domain. I can connect to the Access Point fine, just cannot figure out how to authenticate so I can browse network resources.

You can't connect the Pocket PC to a domain. As you have found the security is based on authentication to access the network.
