I have a IPAQ 4155 which I love, but. When I am surfing the web sometimes I can not go to certain sites. I would like to do online banking but cannot get to my banks site. Is the problem my IPAQ or my Bank web page? I can sign in Pay pal and e-bay too.

It is probably a combination. Some companies have sites that check your browser's version and decide to show or not a page. I use Access Netfront instead of Pocket Internet Explorer. YMMV.

Yes, including the ones that require Javascript and use Java aplets.

Of course some sites still check the version, but there's an advanced option where you can change the User-Agent string supplied from the browser.

There are a couple of freeware (RegKing will do that) that change Pocket Internet Explorer User-Agent string to look like Internet Explorer 6. You can try that too.
