Hi All,

I had this error trouble me for a while, given there where some posts on geekZ regarding this error. I post what turend out to be a solution in my case.

"The Bluetooth Radio failed to turn ON due to Insufficient driver memory available.
Especially in PocketPC 2003 the Bluetooth Manager has been equipped with a lot of extra options like File Transfer, Audio Gateway and so on. If you go to Bluetooth settings and disable all services except for the Bluetooth serial port, a lot more driver memory will be available. Furthermore it's best to turn the Bluetooth radio on (and sometimes to connect to the GPS, config dependant). "

So the error has very litle to do with "copies off the Interent", and any related issues to "Authenticity of the WM2003", but one needs to get into your BT manager and disable whatever protocols you dont really need to use.

Hope this helps.
