I am trying to get my work emails on this, using bluetooth visa my Motorola V3 on O2

It does not work, any ideas?

First, make sure you can access the Internet when using your account. Ask your operator if your account can do that.

Next use the steps shown in this guide for Windows Mobile 2003, or this one if using the original OS.

Also, make sure to add a Init String with z; at the start. This is a reset command and it is required by new Motorola phones.
