This seems like such a simple problem but I cannot find a stick of help on it.

Does anyone know how I can keep my SMS messages from moving into DRAFTS when I do not have a signal?  Is there a registry edit I hope?  I want messages that I want to send to stay in the OUTBOX until I find a signal and then send them when I do.

Any help would be very appreciated.
