magu: Ingram Micro is sold out. So is Exeed.
Harvey Norman is said to be returning all stock to HP (Ingram Micro), so there may be some hope of getting some directly from IM tomorrow morning.

billgates: I reserved 4 tablets (one for myself and other guys at work) with Noel Leeming yesterday (Sylvia Park). Queued up in the Morning today, first in line. Guy comes up, 'did you book the 4 tablets? I said yes. He said employeed bought them. I said 'area manager's number please'.
Left a voicemail, got a call back half an hour later. One of the employees at Sylvia park went back to his house and returned the brand new tablet which was then handed over to me. Recieved the official HP touchpad bag for free and the touchstone docking station for $39.50. They could not get me the other three.

lokhor: It's kind of amusing that the Touchpad has become popular now that HP have decided to scrap it. Perhaps dropping the price to increase market share (even at a loss) could've been a viable strategy.

lokhor: Perhaps this was all a marketing ploy?
