As for Amazon, yes, their support is above all.


When my iPhone 4 was replaced I had to take it back to Vodafone (the retailer). They sent it off to Brightpoint (the repair agent) and I had a replacement in hand less than 48 hours later. Just because the retailer can't fix it there an then, doesn't mean that a 2 week turn around is OK. These days, being without your phone for that long is a huge deal. Loan phones are *sometimes* offered, but they are usually of the most basic Nokia GSM handset variety.

My Lumia 820 has been good since the update.  No more random restarts, and no more txt message date issue...   

A friend with an 820 also got the update, so it must be in the wild rolling out now.
