Oh. I am having trouble with one web site where I check my corporate email. I am not sure if its a plugin or something. Is there updates for the IE?

Many websites look at the client "user_string" and decide the client is too old and suggest an update. This is bad programming on the server side...

The platform is limited in many ways - there's no easy Java or Javascript support, Flash and more. So you should check what plugins are required. Most webmail services should have a lightweight version or one that doesn't use a plugin.

Pocket Internet Explorer supports JScript, a subset of Javascript. Access NetFront supports Java, but in my tests not everything ran on their JVM - but some did. Unfortunately the JVM is not avaialble on the trial version, only on the full version.

Pocket Inbox can access encrypted POP3 and SMTP. You can change the port number for a server by entering the server in the following format [server name:port].

As for SMTP authentication, Windows Mobile 2003 only allowed SMTP if the settings (username and password) were the same as the POP3 server. In most recent versions you could have different settings.
