You should download Pocket Hosts from the original developer only.

The host name is defined by you and should be related since this will use NETBIOS. So ideally you will have a Computer Name on your PC and enter the same name with Pocket Hosts.

If you follow the steps in the previous links you will be able to synchronise wirelessly.

You will need to check firewalls because ActiveSync use special ports and they might be blocked by default.
