Hey I would be happy if it was at least a documented fix!

Still it is working now so at least people can make their appointments on time

Have looked into this over last few days - definitely looks like Exchange SP2 has patch in for this. Not only MS devices , also affects Treo 650 using EAS.

Does anyone have a KB article that says that Exchange 2003 SP2 fixes it. We currently use Exchange 2000, and without a business case, with references the MSKB, it would be pretty hard to get it pushed ahead.

Cheers

Hi Unison,

Sorry I haven't seen anything from Microsoft that documents that Exchange 2003 SP2 is the fix for it; or whether there is a specifc hotfix available.

MS PSS were not of much assistance in this, although admittedly we were still in the log capturing stage when we went ahead and installed SP2. They were certainly not treating it as a known issue.
