I've got an SP5 and can access the SP5 section. I'll PM you the link to the SP5 version of the network settings.

In theory there's a good chance it'll be the same, but if it doesn't work you can always just reset the unit again.

Folks, the cab file contains only the GPRS and MMS settings. It's not a link to any network. I doubt it will fix this problem.

I had a few Windows Mobile devices coming from the USA, and in most cases I interrupt the cab install when upgrading my devices, and don't have this kind of problems.

I am sorry, but is something else causing this.

Hmm. I've tried running the clear storage utility again to watch more closely what happens. When it reboots the little blue light starts flashing as if it has connected to the network. Then it runs the "cold start config" thing that I can't seem to stop or interrupt and that's when the little blue light goes out never to return... I wonder if it's just a coincidence or if that's when it changes some setting that stops it seeing and connecting to the network?
