Just wondering, how long it normally takes for Microsoft to deliver from their online store. I brought an Xbox on Friday afternoon but still shows as a pending order in the order history. I rang the help line but weren't very helpful wasn't even sure what country it gets sent from to NZ. In comparison ordering an iPad from Apple only took three days from Sydney to Wellington. Is this normal for Microsoft?. In hindsight I should of just used Mighty Ape

Probably find its coming from AU/Singapore, but with it showing as a pending order, seems like to me they havent even processed it fully yet. Cancel it and order locally :) Mightyape generally has good pricing/packages.

There was a cancel option next to the Xbox and the game but it's disappeared . Might ring them again today and look at mighty ape option. The kids wanted the Minecraft pack that came with it but I think they are pretty cheap to buy separately

It has been just over 1 business day. A little patience may be needed.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

Arrived yesterday without all the game codes they need to be posted separately so another 5 to 7 days wait time. As they are digital downloads I asked if I could just download them and email or txt me the product keys. They verify your ID by verification code to mobile but can't send product keys digitally. For a digital company they are very manual, they would rather pay to courier me two download tokens. That is nuts for an online store

Update on my Microsoft experience. So the Xbox I brought for a birthday present has a hardware issue and has to be returned. This was a quicker option than getting it fixed. The process seemed easy, we will email you a return label and you can send it back.Taking 4 days so far for the email . They have emailed 4 times asking if I have returned it , but no one has sent me the actual email. I went and brought a new console as my son was devastated I was sending his present back. I hooked it up went to register it for its warranty it's expired. If you order a console from Microsoft direct you get a 2 year warranty from when you register the device however if you buy from a shop then the warranty starts from when the console is put together and shipped to the retailer not when the customer activates it. So basically I have to rely on the CGA after the one year JB warranty. The thing that really urks me is that I had to buy from the retailer as their store product was defective in the first place. Ive never had this experience with any other tech e.g iPad, Fitbit or my HP laptop the warranty starts from when the device is first registered. Fitbit even tell you the day. For such a tech company there customer is stuck in the 90s. I really hope they lift their game or are they just too big to care about service.
