Anyone noticed that the official Rugby World Cup 2011 game doesn't have the All Blacks nor the Wallabies? Crazy! Rugby Challenge seems to be a way better choice.

well the all blacks & wallabies is on the All Blacks Rugby Challenge game.

They got the license for using them on that game. Not in Rugby World Cup Game

Well that doesn't make any sense. The IRB have gone and got themselves a really bad name in the lead up to this world cup. I am not sure that they care though.

edit: I should clarify that this is my personal opinion. Which is not surprising because most of the stories created by the media are negative towards the world cup.

Yea how can you have an offical world cup game that is played in New Zealand, has all the New Zealand stadiums but not have the All Blacks. Who wants to play 'generic New Zealand side' instead? Totally nuts.

You should download the demo. Not only is the gameplay pretty uninspiring, but their rendering of Eden Park isn't very accurate either. At this stage it looks like the winner in the rugby game war is Rugby Challenge with daylight second.

yeah agree with you. been playing the Rugby World Cup demo for sometime while waiting the All Black Rugby Challenge..
at last release today :)

Having bought All Blacks Rugby Challenge I can tell you that I'm very impressed with it. I never thought a rugby game would ever match the quality of Madden or FIFA even as to taking many ques from these games. Playing the Rugby World Cup demo however is comparable to a children's arcade game.
