Hey there!

I'm new here and I have recently gotten into dota, especially since its now holidays for myself.
I was wondering how many people here play dota and if any one here plays dota 2 beta?

the dota community seems quite small so its nice to know how many people play.

If you do play, are you going to play dota2?
Whats your favourite hero?
what do you want to be in dota2?

does anyone know how many people are playing dota2 beta so far?

EDIT: The dotA2 fansite just updated their status and said they will be asking dotA2 beta players questions and that we can leave questions for them to ask

hi Greekzone!

I played a couple of Dotas back in the day but preferred the hero line wars, footy frenzy or the old school hero seige!

There is a game called League of Legends (LoL) that is a free to play dota format game. Have play this alot & found it to be excellent!

I will play dota 2 when it comes out, when is the release?

once its out we sholud have some games!

We play League of Legends here. I can't really get into it as much but one family member is hooked.

Hey Tabuti and Kaos! you both mentioned League of legends, do you guys recommend i get started in that? I'm on holiday now so I'm pretty keen to try out a few games.

On steam TF2 is free now.

I'm not sure when dota2 release date would be, i want to ask that website dota2tactic facebook a question about dota2 beta but i dont know what to ask, i haven't even liked the page yet haha! should get around to doing that soon if i want to know when dota2 is out and if i should give that a shot!
