Medal of Honor Pacific Assault.

I've just recently changed my hardware to include a good spec vid card - so i've finally run COD2 at high res, and can run Pacific Assault at highest settings (where it looks amazing).

There hasn't been a really decent FPS released in the last few months, so revisiting the classics...

I play Gears of War and boy do I love that....................very freaky when you play it on a plasma screen with surround sound......by the way , my anymore GOW and my wife's leaving me!!!

i understood the concept but how can one expect a good gamer if all he has is terrible hardware. i do play fear combat and battlefield 2142.

if this thread was to prove how big your epenis is why didnt it say so???

No, you don't need to prove how big it is. Like I wrote in the first post "If you are a keen gamer, post here what game you like more, play more, and enjoy more..."

avid starcraft player !!!!!

stats were 959 - 87 on US West - playing Fastest Map Possible with my clan (micro owns all teh newbz0rs)

current stats 1065 - 238 - starting playing at a competitive level with world class players, stats are worthless compared to the valuable skills im learning. perfect timing for build orders etc etc, did you know that each unit has a different effectiveness vs every other unit, and it also depends if its on high / low ground ?

average APM ~ 180
Protoss User only
Fave map : Lost Temple
Fave Matchup : PvT

Battlefield would have to be it.

Use to play Starcraft (all the time for about 5 years straight) until BF 1942 came out. Was hard out clan based player for 1942 & BF2, but now just play 2142 for fun & am awaiting the legendary Forgotten Hope mob for BF2.

Dont play games on the console, but do enjoy V8 supercars and GTS Liberty Cities on the PSP

Heh, I used to play games heaps, as I spent a number of years playing games professionally - mainly Quake3 and CS and also worked as a professional games tester for a number of years,

but believe it or not, if you are playing games all day long, day in day out, you just want to play more games,

these days though I don't have as much time to game as I used to, probably no more than 25 to 30 hours a week.

my current major addiction is Neverwinter Nights 2.

although I do jump into the odd game of Q3 - Freeze tag occasionally (the only servers left with any players)

I'm still a big fan of the cut and dried no-nonsense FPS's when it comes to multiplayer,

deathmatch I love doom2, q1/qw, q2, q2, q3 freezetag
Duelling: Q3 - CPMA-Promode, RA,

Car games I have always been a fan of the Need for Speed brand, - I still play NFS Hot Pursuit 2 from time to time,
I enjoyed NFS:- Carbon, but think its a rip off (6-8 hours of game play to complete it)
NFS: most wanted was good, and have enjoyed the underground series as well

instant gratification - I still jump onto Tony Hawks Pro skater 2 now and then as even tho the graphics have been well surpassed you just can't beat great gameplay.

On the PPC I play Multiplayer poker or Doom2

Gameboy advance my favourites would be Space Invaders or Doom2 (however i have a completely biased view there)

don't play playstation or Xbox.

when it comes to the Team based FPS,

Day of Defeat /DoD Source are great,

its been years since I played in any of the Battlefield series, but mean to get back into it eventually - as they were usually a lot of fun.

for Strategy I go through phases of getting completely hooked on Civilisation 4: warlords.

This has to be the best strategy game ever!! I have been addicted to Civ since I had the original on DOS. There is so much depth to the game that its easy to get lost and suddenly find you are still playing it at 4am.

Excellent 1st person RPG. My favourite game at the moment.

Civ series where ok but took a bit too long IMO and Yeah gotta to love BFM 1 and 2 but havent seen the expack for it.

The games I Mainly play are The DC mod for bf42 (beats bf2 anyday! cept fh2 when ever that comes out :S ) which is probably my favourite game next to COD:UO which I just love the atmosphere and the teamwork that comes out of that game in multiplayer. A bit of ET comes about but not of late as the orcon server somehow whent downhill a bit but that game even though your playing the same 8 maps for who knows how long is still great fun minus the horrible team stacking.

Yeah it would be time for a new mouse *finds my palm z72 to take a picture of my intellimouse explorer 2* but its time for a new palm first hopefully a tx :D

Yes its off topic but while i think wher ei just put my palm here is my story
Also I can to this site tonight for the first time as i saw it was linked to from a palm site i have just started up with in the US www.1src.com and hope to see some more palm stuff here too! and if i get enough posts try to start my blog here with palm stuff!

OH here is is (in all its night time palm camera glory I did remove my sexy mouse mat as i know it doesn't work well on white)
