I have been jumping between regions to adjust the language recognition.  I've found for my accent the regions worked from best to worst British English -> US English -> Australian English.

Edit:  For clarity I'm not in the preview, I was just setting my xb1 to the 'wrong' region to enable voice.

I have a British accent but its is a strong dialect.  For something like the Xbox 1 and all of its processing power, I am really surprised that they never implemented a voice training program - considering there has been one in windows for quite some time.

Seriously?  How hard can it be to support one word - "On"?  So in other words I have to continue to leave my console set to US just so I can tell it to turn on.
