Had a play last night with it, can see this will be a great time eater game.

I do miss some of the older radio stations however, I loved them in vice city etc.

I'm hoping they add more stations as DLC (i.e. $5 for a new station).

Also took me a while to get the hang of driving in it.
Runs great on my machine however i7 3390k with a Radeon R9 280X (overclocked)

Radeon was running up to 77 degrees which I am happy with.

yeah I want a steam code.  worst comes to worst and I can't get a refund I'll have to go that route, but I use steam in home streaming and that works a lot better with proper steam games, and easy just using steam for everything (I only buy uplay games via steam for that reason)

You can add non steam games to steam, and they stream all good.

You just use that button for adding steam keys but add non steam product and find the exe (usually listed automatically)

No versions outside of steam store are steam keys, theyre all rockstar keys which is a bummer

ive had too many problems with non steam games streaming, if a game is on steam I rather pay more and get it on that.   got offered to refund to my gameplanet account, just trying to get them to put it back on paypal.  kinguin has some steam gifts, but with steam no region lock gifts not sure if they will work.... kinguin does have buyer protection for about 50c more.

I got GTA 5 V for pc as well now. Cheapest I've seen it though was $20 from my local EB Games (Since it was a closing down sale, RIP EB Games in my area now, have to buy everything online) It was good. Having a play with it. With retail though 7 discs... So not worth it. But apparently we get all the DLCs for free while steam users have to buy it. Totally weird if you ask me

NonprayingMantis: if you didn't like it before, why would you buy it again?

I bought 3 different games in the GTA series before I finally admitted to myself that in spite of their massive popularity, I just didn't enjoy them, lol!

Mine is crashing too often on the PC to play it.

Light on the graphic card goes to full brightness and its fans spin up, screen goes black and about 15 seconds later it all comes back and there is an error. Rebooting doesnt help.

Ive increased the fan speeds on both the card and the case and the CPU and still does it. Not a CPU load issue as I can max it out for hours at a time doing video encodes and its solidly stable. I have the latest geforce experiance thing installed so not much more I can try.

Did you try lowering the graphics?
I have not had one crash on mine yet, card does get to 77 - 80 degrees but seems to stay about that.

Yeah I have lowered them a little since I only have a single 970 and I prefer it with the frame rate higher to fancy shadows which is the one that seemd to make the biggest boost to the framerate.

I had a similar problem different symptoms and going into my system tray and exiting everything  didn't have to have, fixed my issue. I just got gone with 2 hours straight. It does still crash occasionally but I can live with that.

Webroot AV seemed to be the biggest issue.

Is there a way to play your own music through the radio, or at least a modern pop channel?
