I am playing Doom. I was playing Horizon Dawn which I loved, but I find I get a little bored about 3/4 of the way through long games, and have to come back to them, sometimes up to a year later. It's like that with Witcher 3 which I like, but it takes a long while to remember everything which is a little offputting.

I am also trying to Finish AC: Black Flag. I finished Batman (the last one) and was going to try and complete, but it made me want to kill someone. I love the game, can't wait for the next one, but it's infuriating.

(real) Myst.

Maybe I'm older now but sitting in front of PC with whisky in hand and a pad for writing clues, quietly clicking through the ages has been very relaxing.

just finished far cry 3, had that game for ages but couldnt get into it, this time I loved it.

started far cry 4, not as good as 3, the messed with the controls a little, HUD is way worse, menu system is stupid (they use to group weapons into types, so could select shotgun, then choose which shotgun you wanted, now all weapons are mixed up with no way to sort, so hard to see which shotgun is the best etc).  but ill keep going through it.

far cry 3 was a little weird, when you kill the main guys it goes to a disco kinda room (which is totally messed up since your on an island) so i wasnt sure if i really killed them or if it was just some crazy drug dream (theres some of that in it), but no, you killed them.

Recently I got Far Cry 3 for free as a PS Plus member.

I'm playing Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. It's a gacha game available for iOS and Android.

Agree with the comment about very long games. Have spent a lot of time on Witcher 3 on PS4 and really like it - but paused to play Uncharted 4. I too have found the W3 controls fairly complicated and it will take me some time to re-do the learning curve when I pick it up again.

Although it's a masterpiece, U4 is very like its predecessors and I'm a bit sick of it with about a 1/3 still to go. However I'm determined to finish it before starting Horizon Zero, which I have sitting in the cupboard still in its shrink-wrap. I'm trying to avoid having a whole lot of half-played games lying around.

I have Legend of Grimrock and Civ 6 on my laptop. LG is a great retro dungeon-crawler RP game in the style of Lands of Lore that I used to play with my son on our first PC when he was a little kid twenty-odd years ago.

Freecell and Juice Jam on the iPad as time-fillers - Freecell on my phone for the same reason.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

Just picked up the Handsome Jack Collection on PS4. Very good value for $20NZ on PSN this week. Comes with every DLC for both games. Runs very nice on the PS4 and is a blast to play again. Borderlands always had some of the best humour in gaming.

I got Civ5 in the Steam Summer Sale - up to 100 hours on it now, even though it can get pretty repetitive..

Currently playing horizon zero dawn on the PS4, which is fantastic.
My gaming is limited to the evenings when the wife doesn't want Netflix or crash bandicoot on the PS4 and after the kids have hit the sack.
After that I need to start ff 15 and then the new resident evil.

I need to restart both witcher 3 and fallout 4 on the pc at some point, loved both games but they fell by the wayside last year.

Just started Quake Champions (getting my behind handed to me like a n00b), 20% through Dishonored 2, 80% through Wolfenstein: New Order, 50% through Doom. Metro LL Redux neglected at ~1%.

Go through months without gaming, then get back into it and by then another AAA must play game comes along. Last game I finished was FC4 last year.

Would play Civ V if I was 10y now. Oh the misspent childhood...

You got the early access? What's your latency like as I have thought about it but don't want to be playing at 200ms.
