Can't login to the Borderlands site, and the Epic Launcher client doesn't go pass the "Verifying" when starting up.

They just shot themselves it seems. With one of the billion guns.

Feel your pain Freitasm, that's exactly the same issue I'm having. Have sent 2k and Epic messages starting yesterday arvo.

Had replies from both however neither has been able to resolve the problem.
Pretty disappointed really.

That's really grim. Sorry to hear it guys. Are there more people in the gearbox forums having the same issue?

There isn't much worse than looking forward to a game and then having it not work (relative to gaming of course!).

I must say, that whilst I do enjoy PC gaming more relative to the complexity of game (higher highs) you can play etc, PC always seems to have more issues than console.

Waiting to play the console version (undecided which one to use) with my partner.

We played 2 together and it was cool, she couldn't join in my RDR2 addiction so it will be good to have her back in the fold again.

I wonder where the new area of screen burn on my plasma will be now?

I must say, without trying to rub it in for those who haven't been yet able to play, I am having a blast. There are so many tiny quality of life enhancements that what made BL2 a drag is now not there.

I am at level 9 after a relatively short play last night.

Still can't download the game let alone play.
Been in contact with Epic, 2k and even asked the neighbors if they can help.
Been over 2 days since reaching out for help and noone can help.

Seems there's other in the same predicament. Still very frustrating though.

If I wasn't such a huge BL fan I'd of gotten a refund by now.
"Got" the super deluxe version too.

As above, what error message you get? What ISP, ethernet or WiFi, any DNS unblockers, VPN, etc?

Hi Team

When entering the unlock in the epic launcher code supplied the following happens:

This code can only be used for accounts in the specified country.
Please use another code or contact our customer support.
Error code 19042.

Playing on pc with win 10 (same pc as I play BL2 on)
On 100/50 fibre with Spark.

Spark modem running with unchanged settings from the day it was installed.
