If any help I hope the following links may help anyone to understand Vista's Memory Management is different from previous Windows.

Windows Vista?s Memory Management is a Little Different from XP
Why Does Vista Use All My Memory?

Those were some links, and there was MSBlog but I can't seem to remember... but the above should give enough information how it is different in Vista. :-)
