Duke Nukem Forever.

I'll probably say the same thing for the next 2 years though.

But seriously, keen on MW2 as well. I just hope it doesn't end as abruptly as the first one.
Oh, and the further releases of Tales of Monkey Island

Yes, since Sony has exclusive rights to it... If it ever came out of PC, I am so sure it would blow its console counterpart out of the water...

Hahaha I love that, has anyone picked up the rights to DNF since it was canned a few months ago? I heard THQ and it looked so good :(

MW2 for me as well :) on PS3

Forza 3, means that I might actually turn my xbox360 on, just hope it doesn't RROD due to the amount of dust and sitting time

And GT5 is scheduled to be released in NZ on the 30th december 2009, so that's a Quarter 4 game definitely!!!

Yeah it could definitely blow it out in terms of graphics.

but for:
split screen multiplayer, online gaming within a short period of time and convenience it's better being on PS3

I've got CoD5 on both PS3 and PC,
but:

to get on the PC(it's on most days) it's usually 20-30 second load, sitting in my office chair, then more time spent connecting to a nice server and choosing one.

On PS3, I turn it on, auto loads COD5, then hit multiplayer HC Deathmatch or HC free for all and I'm in within a few seconds. Plus I've got a coffee/beer and some chips next to me...

And I've actually found the controller easier to use than the keyboard/mouse, which is kind of weird, because I've hated console FPS'ers for years, but now I like them as much as their PC counterparts

It's funny you say that. I used to only play FPS on PC with keyboard and mouse aswell. Founds the mouse easier to get a good aim on peeps. Now I do most of my gaming on the Xbox 360 as my PC is just for office. I've got used to the controllers now and am loving Console based FPS.

I can't stand console FPS's, perhaps it's because I'm frequently playing FPS's on the PC, so I don't have time to forget how awesome keyboard and mouse control is (actually, it's mostly about the mouse, you could replace the keyboard with any number of options).

But third person games are best with a controller - and so I'm looking forward to Uncharted 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 on the PS3. It's a shame though that of all the games people are looking forward to, perhaps only 10% of them are original titles, the rest being sequels. Not to say they are bad, but bring on more original ideas I say...
