Final Fantasy VII

13 years later and I'm still pissed at Sephiroth for killing Aeris.

Oh actually I change my one to Wings for the Amiga 500. Orca the Killer Tomato was the bomb.

GTA Vice City (on PC)

Fun to play and greatly captures the cheesyness that was the eighties.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

Original PS1 Crash Bandicoot series are up there, along with Diablo II and Gran Turismo series. Too hard to decide my favourite game D:.

Wings was cool.... I preferred the realism of Knights Of The Sky on the Amiga though for a WW1 flight sim. Playing over dialup was fun :)

semigeek: I don't have a fave game of all time, but used to play DropZone alot back in the 80s.

Awesome....  Jeez that brings back some memories!

Did you load yours from cassette tape onto an 800XL as well?

(for me, it was Alternate Reality 2: The Dungeon.  3D RPG about 10yrs ahead of its time!)

Well if you haven't already heard Duke Nukem Forever is back again and may even get released after all. If done well you could see this board flooding with people reliving their Duke Days and Hail to the King one last time.

Single favourite game... way too hard to pin down.

Old school -
JCB Digger loaded from tape on the BBC
Elite, and Revs also both on BBC, but they came from disc!

Slightly more modern -
Duke Nukem 3D
The Half-Life series

Recent\current -
Assassins Creed II
RDD
LoTRO

I'm surprised no one's said Warcraft 3. Probably the game I've sunk the most hours into. Plus it has DotA which is an awesome game in its own right :)

WoW is fun but the game itself I find pretty boring it's more the social interaction which provides the enjoyment for me.

And just recently, Starcraft 2 is looking to be pretty epic.
