Sea of Thieves is launching tomorrow (New Zealand time). It's reportedly one of the funniest games ever and the best pirate game all around - I've downloaded my copy and will start playing soon!

It's playable on Xbox and Windows 10. I have two codes to giveaway and you can enter here to be in to win.

How to Enter: You just need to reply here with your favourite ever gaming action shot with your best move, or score - anything (upload the image to Geekzone and use the BBCODE provided). Be creative here folks.

General rules: one entry per user only in our competition. Two winners will be randomly selected. Each will receve a 5x5 code to redeem online at the Xbox or Windows Store. This giveaway is open to NZ residents and closes Friday 23rd March 2018 (New Zealand time). Winners will be selected in a random draw and contacted via PM. After confirmation we will post winners' usernames in this topic. Once confirmed winners will receive the codes via PM. Winners must be registered Geekzone users by the time this competition was posted.

Email notification: this topic may get quite busy, so if you don't want to receive email notifications when new replies are posted, remember to uncheck the "E-mail me when someone replies to this post" option. An unsubscribe option is always sent with every email.

Playing Battlefield 1942, a game that has been part of every PC build I have ever had since its release in 2002.  One of the maps was Coral Sea, which consisted of two opposing aircraft carriers, and a bunch of aircraft.  Designed as a dog-fighting map, people decided to try and land on the enemy aircraft and mine the runway, set explosives, shoot people waiting for planes etc*.  There was a growing demand on the Xtra Coral Sea server to counter this, so I made a small mod that introduced a 'death bubble' around each carrier, causing continuous injury/death to anyone attempting to land on the enemy carrier.  The admins then applied this mod to the Xtra server

Needless to say, not everyone was impressed by this...

(Mild NSFW language)

* I fully admit to being one of these mine-laying, explosive-setting people as well :)

Anyway.....  not what I was expecting to find in Unturned - used to opening these crates and finding them full of guns and ammo to waste the unturned hordes.... not fish.

Dont take screenshots much but was pretty proud of this. 3rd game in on PUBG... spent whole time pretty much out running the wall. Took a guy out on the way which surprised me as all I had was a shotgun. Got his automatic rifle and some ammo, jumped back to keep in front of wall and made it to the final 5,4,3 and 2. Me and one other.

Heard him driving around so kept an eye on him behind a tree and he hoped out of his car..  once he saw me. Good ole shoot out and i came out the winner....

Having neither Windows nor an X Box, I'll have to watch from the sidelines.

Old screenshot from when Skyrim came out.

Struck a very cool bug when on fast-travel to another town, every single corpse I'd resurrected using necromancy thus far decided to turn up to battle me.

Not shown in the screenshot was a dragon that also appeared, was quite fun actually

Not long after I started playing Elite: Dangerous a few years ago, I came across this system with 18 stars in it:

It was quite the sight to behold.

Thanks for the giveaway and good luck to all :)
