Tim brings a great skill set that will be a real asset to us, he fits in fantastically with our vision on setting the benchmarks for SIP and IP  offerings in the market, and he is not a bad bloke as well I must say Cool

The article says ~50,000 customers, so only a few percent of the country. Lots of scope for growth!
