Sorry about my english, i have some dificult.

Ok, here we go:

I have a Pocket Loox 600 with the last patch, and i try to connect to a mobil phone like Sony Ericson T610 or Nokia 6600, and i have no problems. When i connect the Serial Port, the PDA give-me an error, when i conect to Serial Port.
The Ericson T68i is the one that i connect with any problem in Serial Port.

I try to connect the serial port to use a program to syncronize the SMS, Phonebook, with the PDA.

What I Have to Do???

Thanks.

You have to first identify what kind of port is going to be used. For example to use a program that will connect to your T68 then you have to use an Outgoing port. Find on your Bluetooth configuration what port is configured as a Client, and configure your program to use this port. Then open My Bluetooth Places, and double-click the icon corresponding to your phone to see what services are available. Then double-click the icon corresponding to a serial port on your phone. The connection will be establishe and you can then start the program - it'll find your phone.

For ActiveSync you'll use an Incoming port (also known as Service) because the connection will be established from your Pocket PC. For this check our Bluetooth Guides.

in my device ( PDA ) the port that use is COM 5, 6, 7, 8 ,9 . and i can't add more, because work.
With the T68i i click in Serial Port and there is no problem, the connection makes is sucesseful.
With nokia 6600 or Ericson T610, when i click in serial port, the problem gives me an error.
Error Ading Connection.
I don't understand why some phones like T68i work and with Nokia 6600 or Ericson T610 does.

she will be that necessary of more COM doors???
but if is, my PDA doesn't give me more.

Thanks

Ok, so you don't want to sync the phone with your computer, and the Pocket Loox with your computer.

You want to synchronise the phone directly to your Pocket Loox, right? In this case, you can try connect2phone.

Yes, thats it. I use the program MPhone 2.6.3 , and with the Ericson T68i, it works very nice in Bluetooth. I establish a connection with the phone and use the Bluetooth Serial Port, and there is no problem.

But when i try to other phones, like Nokia 6600 or Sony Ericson T630, i get a connection bluetooth, and i can send files, etc. But when i click in Bluetooth Serial Port, to establish connection with phone to control it, i get a message: Error Ading Connection.
or something like that.
I think there is an incompatiblit whit the COM's that my Pocket Loox. My Loox use for Bluetooth COM 5 to 9 in Serial Port, and i think that phones uses another COM's, like COM 3.

When use the Infrared, there is no problem within phone mobil.

Don't worry about the ports on your phone. From the program's perspective it only needs to know the outgoing port - which is the one on the Pocket Loox assigned as Client or Outgoing. The program doesn't need to know what port the mobile phone is receiving the connection on.

In the case of the Nokia 6600 the behaviour is this: when a serial connection is detected by your phone, it'll automatically disconnect and then try to connect back to the device. This is how it works when using the Nokia PC Suite software. But since the Pocket PC doesn't know how to control this, then the connection fails.
