I've looked on widcomm.com and they dont have it on there... Is it up to the manufacture of my BT dongle to release new versions?
Im using a Epox USB dongle, and their newest drivers includes 1.2.2.9.

Yes, the manufacturer will release a new version, although some people had success in tweaking the .inf files to make a driver to work with hardware from other vendors.

This is not a hard process, but I don't have it handy here.

Looking around here and searching a bit, I found what seems like a generic version.
