Anyone know where I can get this type of right angled UTP Cat5/Cat 6 adapter here in NZ.
Or even from Aussie ?
If I order it from Cables Online, it's a whopping $65 in shipping 😲

You could use a short network cable then one of these maybe:

Might be an option, thanks.
The problem is that I need the cable to be flush against the wall (it keeps getting knocked and then breaks or stops working); I cannot have anything sticking too far out of the RJ45 socket

If you take the boot or molded section off a patch lead it should turn at right angles with no or little difficulty, alternatively a hand made cable with no boot will achieve the same. I have done this many times with TVs etc that have no or little clearance

Thanks bro, that is exactly what I need 😀

Proof that in future I take what the PBTech sales people say with a pinch of salt ...
... I was at the Chch branch on Friday to buy a switch and they told me very emphatically that PBTech does not sell right angled network cables 😠

Note to self : Ignore whatever sales person says; do your own research 😀
