hu uber,,thanx for your reply,it says it needs an ISP.,in which i dont have.
and some problems like it needs and usb cable connector. please give me some tips,i really dont know what to do?thanx

Hello Marl... I see you are in the Philippines, so John's suggestion won't be good (not the APN part).
