Anyone here has any experience with Extreme Cloud IQ Connect?

I bought 2x AP250 from eBay US and the country code is set to US (851).I have requested it to be set to NZ as changing it through CLI isn't possible. From the cloud controller everything looks fine but the AP isn't broadcasting SSID.

I read that the AP won't broadcast if there's connectivity issues? I can push changes and updates to the AP and it shows as online in the cloud controller.
The traffic is truncated on VLAN1 to a TP Link Omada switch >Asus VDSL modem.

Not sure if this an issue with vlan assignment or just a matter of changing the regulatory domain.I have started getting into vlans and have zero prior experience!

As long as the AP's have internet access they should broadcast their SSID's.

I assume a network policy has been created with a device and SSID template assigned?

The network policy has been assigned but they still refuse to broadcast SSID.

I can push updates and can can even ping the AP IP.

Can't really think of any reason it would do that as long as a suitable SSID & device template is assigned to the network policy..

I could take a quick look over it if you want, PM me.

Managed to get the AP's working by just powering them with a PoE brick and plugging them straight into Spark Smart Modem.

It seems that the TP-Link Omada switch is parially blocking internet access to the AP's or some settings somewhere needs to be turned On/Off.

The issue was related to LLDP.
Ports that connect Aerohive AP's to the Omada switch, only route traffic when it's disabled.
