It is a new build house with ports to rooms and 4 going to camera spots. How can I tidy this up, I need to fit in a 4 port POE switch, the two degrees router and another switch for the rest.

I was wondering can I remove the door and mount a cabinet to it or something? If so what do I buy.

You can probably tidy up what's there to save space. Cable ties or mounting tape may help, along with careful choosing of the switches for ones the right physical size.

You can buy a switch with 8/16 ports that has 4/8 ports of POE which will help save space.

Router up the top next to the ONT, move the network cables out from the back, and switch/s down the bottom.

Bin the router and wait for stock on Mikrotik E50UG HEX Refresh.

Those cabinets also come in bigger sizes (Height, not width or depth). You could replace that with the taller one. https://cdlnz.com/78245

Hi, I am going to make possibly an unpopular recommendation

Get rid of that recessed network cabinet and replace with a proper cabinet for housing networking gear.

This is a typical sparky job

Do two of those network cables go to the same place?

I have my router / wifi in our office. simply patched from the ONT to the router, then back from the router to the switch in the cabinet. Frees up space in the cabinet, and means my WIFI isn't locked in a metal box...

That only works if a double ethernet jack was installed

Well, given I did the install, there are 8 ethernet drops (two quad faceplates) going from our recessed cabinet to our office :)

I put a quad behind the TV, and pairs for each bedroom. Subsequently had some walls open for a bathroom refurbishment, so added an additional pair of drops to each of the master bedroom and a small bedroom (as the open walls were better placed than the walls that were previously accessible), Plus a single drop to the master bedroom closet.

My perception of what is normal when it comes to wiring may be a little optimistic in light of the above.

. DYNAMIX 25mm Surround Extension for HWS-2804V2LP.

If you have one of those recessed wall enclosures, one of those extenders might be the ticket.

You'd also probably find a lot of space just with some liberal applications of cable ties through the holes on the back side of the plate in conjunction with some shorter ethernet cables from the local wholesaler.

Second cabinet in the next gap between studs over is what I have seen done a few times. Needed some trimming of the face of the door to get them sitting side by side as they would overlap otherwise. Few holes thru the stud to pass cables and then some things ended up in the next cupboard over.

Even if the network Cabinet was the sa me height s the breaker panel it possibly would do. The annoying thing is paying for another cabinet to get the one that should have been there.

When we had this problem on a  new build, and they installed the wrong sized recessed cabinet for the number of incoming cables, we had to get something like this installed over the top, to then provide enough space. Luckily it was inside a cupboard.
