Is Bluetooth an RS232??? If I had a program written for RS232 connection could I bypass the cables and use Bluetooth instead if my devices are BT enables? Will B.T. only allow you one item at a time?

Can a bluetooth card accept several items at the same time? i.e. could I hook up a laser and GPS receiver to a laptop with a Bluetooth card or would you need two bt cards?

I'm trying to get a customer of mine outfitted with a bunch of equipment and I'm not really sure what this bluetooth technology will do.
