TL;DR: Can i tell windows which network adapter i want to establish a PPPoE connection via?

Currently I have a Nanostation which is establishing a PPPoE connection and then port forwarding to a server which is less than ideal (but works). The nanostation also has a frustrating PPPoE timeout that causes the connection to keep dropping, and i cant seem to change this easily. 
The wireless only has 2 subnets routing through it. Currently its setup like this
 
Wireless --> Nanostation --> Switch < -- Modem < -- Internet
Then the Server connected to the switch (can't draw that on the diagram without crap formatting heh).
Then there are two static routing rules on the modem that send all traffic through the Nanostation for those subnets. Inefficient, but works. So traffic is going
Server > Switch > Modem > Switch > Nanostation


It seems i need to use Station WDS for full layer 2 bridging. I assumed WDS means it would be repeating but turns out thats if its AP-WDS. So i think i'll try that, this means the PPPoE connection is established on the server itself rather than on the nanostation. And make it:

Wireless --> Nanostation --> LAN2 --> Server < -- LAN1 < -- Switch < -- Modem < -- Internet
The server is a windows server 2008 r2 box  which i want to connect to both this wireless network and the internet. Once again, everything on two subnets goes via the wireless, and everything else via the internet.

This would be easy if PPPoE wasn't involved as i assume i'd add a couple of rules to the Routing role and it would sort that out. But i'm going to have to be able to tell it to establish the PPPoE connection via LAN2 not LAN1, and then tell it to route that traffic via the PPPoE connection.

Is this possible?
