I'm having the same problem with DHCP leases and the RTA1320 with xtra and a Linksys WRT54G running DD-WRT.

Every 30 seconds there is a momentary pause when the lease is renewed - this then causes lost packets until the new IP is leased.

Is there some way to tell the RTA1320 to ignore the lease period? I've set mine to static in the meantime, but its doing my head in.
