Hi. TP-Link 8960N routing to AE as an access point. Is been good but given I don't need the wi-fi is a bit bulky.

Even a DV120 isn't going to be that much smaller if the primary object is to save space, especially if you are running a separate AP. By the time you have external power supplies and so on, if the object of the excercise is reduce the space taken, I'd go to an all-in-one type device instead. Otherwise, keep using what you have (if functionality wise it does everything you want), but hide it away somewhere so it's out of the way.
