I must reiterate this is a thing of beauty.  I have the same box (Hubbell) and mine looks like a family of feral cats has made a nest inside it.

i love super neat cabinets but i'm always thinking "what if i change a component" and then the nice cable is too damn short to reach its new location/port.   :)

Your fixed wiring is exactly that, fixed, it should never need to move.
However, if you terminate a cable exactly long enough, that's a _uckup. ALWAYS leave spare length.

People _iss and moan about trades wasting cable...
*rant aborted.

Get a professional to tidy that up for you - it is well worth it and will make management far easier.
