Just had a chat to the owner - She's going to have a look in the attic space to see if there is anything that has potential.

She also asked if anyone here would know if data cabling is covered under the 7 year master builder warranty?

Just wondering how I will get on when fiber is installed in my place here in Morrinsville. It's 20 years old and the demark is on the outside of the garage and wired in old Post Office .4mm cable in what looks like a daisy chain setup. I'm hoping they will put it in the office and not in the garage by the existing demark as getting LAN to the office will be hard..

why would it ?
Was network cabling part of the build contract or specs of the house ?
