Astrill are expensive now, US$99/year compared to the likes of PIA which is super cheap. Recommend PIA as have used them in the past.
Heres a site i've found with some extremely useful information.
Basically a guy trialing a bunch of different VPN's and applying the same testing methodologies to all of them.
Not a big flashy site with a bunch of referral links on it which makes me feel a bit more trusting in his reviews which he marks very harshly
