Coincidence, I'm configuring my EdgeRouter now and just came across the same thing - not being able to add static routes to the LAN side.
Are you using the the web interface or the CLI?
Doh! I edited part of my message out. Couldn't add a static route on the LAN side of my HG659B to my EdgeRouter. Have just remembered what I did when running PFsense with the HG659B as a WAP and switch, and set the router/DGW in the DHCP scope to that of the EdgeRouter.
@OP I'm guessing the "other devices on vlan2" that are accessible from the other VLANs have their gateway as the L3 switch. It doesn't look like theTPLink switch can do NAT otherwise I'd say you could NAT the traffic as the outbound interface towards the Huawei (192.168.1.1).
Hi, why do you not bridge the HG659B, then it ONLY provides modem functionality leaving everything else to the Edge Router,
I know of very few L3 switches that support NAT, infact never seen it, but then again never expected a L3 to provide that functionality, its not what there purpose in life is.
