Spent the afternoon trying to resolve this and it looks like the problem might be on the ISP's end if this reddit post is to be believed. Oh dear. Maybe time to look elsewhere.

You have taken a single post as gospel, may not even be the RSP.

i note in that same thread, it's pointed out this typically happens on double nat setups too; ofwhich you are running..

@sounddude might be able to have a sniff around and see if anyone else is having issues. I'd expect there to be alot more posts about this if it was a wider issue though.

Can you try with just the Slingshot provided NF18?

Not a wide spread issue we are encountering. Our phones would be going red hot if it was.

We don't block IP fragmentation. Its part of the internet.

(Still don't understand why PS4 would want to fragment its packets, but thats another story - as we support the full 1500 on UFB)

On Slingshot UFB here (which I assume is the OP's ISP?) and PS4 works fine with the following setup: ONT --> EdgeRouter --> 2xNanoBeams --> Switch --> PS4. So I suspect it'll be something to do with your local set up rather than an ISP issue.

UPDATE! I FIXED IT! Turns out Its a bug in the latest NFC18ACV Firmware. I randomly decided to downgrade back to the 2017 firmware this morning and the error went away!
