Sorry I don't know enough about that provider to be of any real help. I think you'll have to continue working with them - there are no helpful details on their web-page.

 

Of course if they have sent someone out who tried another router and got good results, then it looks like a problem with something you have added or changed.

 

+1 to not being satellite..

Thanks for trying - sigh _ i will persist with my current provider. The only other alternative ISP service in our area is ADSL when I will be lucky to get mbps on a day it is not raining. :(

.... and just like that the problem got fixed! Just had a teamviewer session with the engineer who made changes to the DNS and MRU settings in my router and everything comes back to life! 

 

So I am signing off this thread. Thank you so much to everyone who offered support. It is people like you that really help keep the internet moving - keep up the great work.
