Hi, so just confirming the firmware you are installing is as below, you will need to do this via SSH, doing it from the controller will/may not work

Hi, ssh into the device, it should be ubnt/ubnt for creds, then issue a "help" command and it should tell you what commands are available, but you want to issue the following

 

upgrade http://dl.ui.com/unifi/firmware/BZ2/4.0.69.10871/BZ.ar7240.v4.0.69.10871.191109.0532.bin

 

Note how I have adjusted the URL to http, otherwise it will fail, this update also presumes the AP can see the internet and has DNS resolution
