Hi,

DCHP pool on the 659 is set at .2 through to .98
DCHP is disabled on the Ultra Hub
Ultra Hub IP address changed to 192.168.1.99
All devices connect to wifi ok and everything works ok except for email on 2 phones (x1 iPhone 6s and x1 Galaxy J3 Pro). Email works fine when on mobile data, just not on wifi? Only started happening when I made changes yesterday.
Help?

Thanks Aaron

Yes the iPhone connects to wifi and browses ok.
The Galaxy is only enabled for 2.4GHz. It connects to wifi fine but says it has no internet connection.
Email on wifi doesn’t work on either device

Sorry not sure what ‘what dns is the dhcp handing out to client's‘ means?
Am I looking at the 659? DCHP is disabled on the Ultra Hub.

Thanks Aaron

Can you look at the properties of the WiFi connections of the devices that are not working and send us a photo or details of the IPv4 address and DNS address and gateway?
